FèRiMa
Fèrima has its administrative and operating base in Bari, but can count on two branch offices in Lecce and Ferrara, where it tenders for competitions and integrated contracts.
Fèrima is always engaged, both locally and nationwide, a number of projects ranging from a large scale to a small scale, touching various issues and facets of architecture, from the restoration of artistic monuments to the recovery of buildings, from the urban landscape to the naturalistic one, from urbanism to spatial planning, from the realization of multi-purpose buildings to interior design. The studio was founded by Fernando Russo who was joined by Riccardo Russo. The studio has also for many years already achieved the certification of quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Fernando Russo
He was born in Salice Salentino (LE) on 10-12-1952 and lives in Bari, via N. Piccinni 122. He graduated in architecture at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1976 with a score of 110/110, with a degree thesis in Architectural Composition, supervisor prof. Giuseppe Perugini. He is member of the Architects, P.P.C. of the Prov. of Bari on 19/09/1978 at no. 666. He received in 1997 the 'certificate for Safety Coordinator in the planning and execution of the work (120 hours), issued by Order of Architects of Brindisi - Body Building School, followed by the five-year updates provided by D.Lgs.81/08. In 1998 he obtained the master of post-graduate courses in Landscape Design at the Faculty of Architecture of Ferrara for n ° 30 seats won in 1998 for academic titles and frequency. In 1977 he won the competition C.I.R.E. (Italian Centre for Urban and Spatial Economics Research) established by CASMEZ. He completed several studies on issues of land use planning and urban economy among which are: "Study on the organization of movement in the metropolitan area of Bari" (Funded by: Cassa per il Mezzogiorno, Society MMSpA Metropolitana Milanese), "Feasibility Study for the redevelopment of ceramics from Grottaglie, "Searching the urban economy and territorial area Aversana" during the course CIRE established by the Cassa per il Mezzogiorno; analysis of the actual state of the area that falls within the jurisdiction of the City of V Rome, in the review’s ambit of the PRG of the City of Rome. He is the author of numerous publications on topics related to architectural design and to urban economy, as well as the restoration of monumental works. Among them we mention: "The word becomes an image. He was born in Bari on 10.06.1984, and resident in Ferrara, via Renata di Francia 22. He graduated in 2010 with grade 109/110, at the University of Ferrara - Faculty of Architecture, with a thesis on "Detroit. Reinterpreting the disposal - Conversion of an industrial rarefied urban fabric through the introduction of media for a creative ecology ". From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a tutor teaching at the Faculty of Architecture of Ferrara. Participates in several national and international competitions and workshops. In 2010 he joined Ferima studio where he worked on various projects and work in progress, addressing his work to several issues, from interior design to design of public spaces. He participates as a contributor designer for several integrated contracts. In January 2012 he enrolled at professional register at the OAPPC of Bari. He obtained in April 2012 the certificate for Safety Coordinator in the planning and execution of the work (120 hours), issued by Order of Architects of Bari. VAT 01874580382 cod. fisc.
